Return Policy
- Please contact Client Services at StylestudioM@gmail.com for Return Authorization Number.
- Domestic returns are eligible for a refund if postmarked within 7 days of delivery. Items returned after 7 days or without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
- Customer pays Return Shipping Fee.
Full-priced items, unless marked Final Sale, may be returned for a refund to the original method of payment. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place. Studio M Style reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not comply with our policy.
- If your item arrives damaged, you must contact Client Services within 48 hours of delivery to remain eligible for a refund.
- Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
